The Property is 4.23 Acres. Much of it is sloped. It is heavily forested. It abuts two beautiful estates and has many acres of green belt land surrounding it.
This home is the first driveway past the paved road on the right. It has a renter but you are welcome to walk the property during daylight hours.
Neighboring Cantergrove as you will see in the slide show has many fully landscaped homes. The unpaved street has many wooded setting homes. Perhaps you have your choice of either look or a combination thereof when you build.
The current home is not available to see, except by appointment and we are sure that isn’t why you will make this purchase.

The well is currently indadequate for a new home. You would probably have to connect to the water system in Cantergrove.
The Property is not subdividable because of zoning rules.
You would use septic.
We have had a couple of builders say the best building site is up the hill a bit.
